Town Clerk Valentine produced the proof of posting and publication of the Public Hearing.
Supervisor Steger opened the hearing being held to consider a Local Law to amend the makeup of the Zoning Board of Appeals of Town of Pomfret, reducing the number of said members of the Board from seven to five.
The Supervisor explained this reduction in size would be beneficial to achieving a quorum.
DULY MOVED by Councilwoman Christina and seconded by Councilman Penharlow to close the Public Hearing. The motion was carried.
